Owners have the option to use Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company (TML PMC), a single purpose, on-site company which focuses on achieving the optimal blend of room rate and occupancy for units in its rental program. TML PMC is dedicated to creating a simple and enjoyable ownership experience for Lodge unit owners with an unparalleled commitment to owner service.
The TML PMC has sub-contracted Terra Resort Group (TRG) to manage the day-to-day hotel operations as well as the full-scale sales and marketing efforts of the Lodge. A local-based, professional hotel management company, TRG is focused on optimizing the guest experience. TRG emphasizes the integration of sustainable practices into hotel operations, and is a leader in reconciling hospitality with environmental responsibility.
The high service standards of the Teton Mountain Lodge include 24 hour front desk, reservations and concierge services, daily housekeeping, in-room dining, valet parking, bell services, overnight ski tuning and storage, and on call engineering department.
The individual units feature full kitchens with granite countertops and GE Profile appliances, stone surround gas burning fireplaces in the living rooms, whirlpool tubs and double headed showers, custom designed furnishings, luxurious mattress sets, high speed internet access, ski boot dryers, and TV's in every bedroom and living room.
The design vernacular of the Lodge is that of the great National Park Lodges of the West, featuring a rustic log post and beam lobby with two massive wood burning fireplaces, indoor and outdoor pools, rooftop terrace with 22-person hot tub, Cascade Grill House and Spirits, conference center, long term owner storage, dedicated indoor and outdoor parking, and an on-site property management office.

This property is a first-class, full service resort hotel. All guests and homeowners of the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa receive attentive service and have access to an extensive list of amenities and services provided by the Lodge.

Guest Services
24-hour guest service is available to handle reception, valet, and concierge, maintenance and housekeeping services. Upon arrival, all guests enter a warm, rustic lobby and are greeted by a friendly guest service representative. Ski equipment will be securely maintained throughout the stay in private ski lockers and other equipment can be stored year-round in your private owner locker.
Cascade Grill House & SpiritsCascade is a full service restaurant featuring New Western cuisine, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The Cascade bar offers a daily variety of beverages and après snacks. Guests are also offered the option of in-room dining Chef Kevin Humphries’ menus entice guests with creative and varied selections ranging from light snacks to elegant and private meals to enjoy in our beautiful suites.
Solitude SpaTeton Mountain Lodge and Spa recently expanded to offerhomeowners and guests holistic, natural treatments designed to restore body and soul with the new 16,000 square foot Solitude Spa. This addition includes 10 treatment rooms, two couples’ treatment rooms with fireplaces, in-room hot tubs and balconies, a yoga/motion studio, 22-person rooftop hot tub, an extensive fitness center with indoorand outdoor heated pools, five separate hot tubs, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with private steam rooms and hot tub. The experienced team of therapists provides a variety of relaxing massages, facials and body treatments. Treat yourself to a spa service in one of the treatment rooms, or a therapist can provide services in your suite.
Conference Services
Our facilities offer 2,200 square feet of meeting space and breakout rooms in a variety of sizes to cater to all function needs. The Lodge serves as an ideal venue for weddings, corporate retreats, executive meetings, and special occasions.
General Guestroom Amenities
Each guestroom is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, high speed internet connection, ski boot dryers, Lodgenet services with movie channels and video games, bathrobes and luxury soaps, shampoo, and lotion amenity package. The suites offer full kitchens and fireplaces.

Reservations
The Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa has an on-site reservations department. A toll-free number is provided to request information, confirm reservations and answer questions regarding the hotel and the area. Additionally, the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa maintains an independent website allowing for detailed written and visual hotel and area information.
Throughout your stay, guest service agents can assist you with travel arrangements, transportation, lift tickets, area tourist information and activity bookings, child care, grocery delivery, driving directions, restaurant reservations, concert tickets, or any service requests that you may need.
Unit Types
Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa has an excellent mix of condominiums with a variety of floor plans. The lodge has 88 condominium units consisting of:· 13 Studios
· 32 One-Bedroom Units
· 26 Two-Bedroom Units
· 12 Two-Bedroom Bi-Level Units, and
· 5 Three-Bedroom Units
The individual units are to be sold on a whole ownership basis to individual buyers. All units come completely furnished. Each suite's furniture, fixture and decor will be on a replacement schedule managed by the operating company to ensure consistent quality for owners and guests alike. Through homeowner's fee structures, owners will be given incentives to make their units available for short-term rental and management by the operating company. There will, however, be no requirement to rent the unit through the Teton Village Realty. An Owner may choose any other resort management company they like or not make the unit available for rentals at all. All properties are sold subject to the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Prices, square footage and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Property Management
Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company is a management company dedicated exclusively to this project. This Management Company's purpose is to manage the Teton Mountain Lodge's Homeowner's Association and rental management agreement with individual owners and oversee the operation of hotel services.
It is the goal of Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company to manage the individual units for the Owners to ensure complete ease of ownership. Services will include: 24-hour front desk and concierge service, room service, housekeeping, spa facility, full-scale marketing, reservation services, reporting and accounting services, furniture, fixture and décor maintenance and replacement service. The Management Company intends to optimize an Owner's rental income while instilling the Owner with the confidence that the property is being maintained with the utmost care.
When an Owner chooses Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company, that Owner chooses freedom. Ideally, the only mail received will be a quarterly letter and a revenue statement accompanied by a rental income check.
